Butcher's dog food

Butcher's has built its identity around meat content, marketing its recipes on the amount and visibility of the meat chunks in each tin or pouch rather than on a specific dietary claim like grain-free or hypoallergenic. It's a mainstream, widely available brand rather than a premium or specialist one.

The range covers adult wet food in a mix of flavours and formats, generally priced and positioned to sit alongside the other big supermarket dog food names rather than above them. It's the kind of food most dog owners will already recognise from the shelf, whether or not they've fed it before.

Butcher's tends to suit owners feeding an otherwise healthy adult dog who wants an everyday wet food at a reasonable price, rather than those managing a specific sensitivity or medical diet. We stock a selection from the wider Butcher's range rather than every variety, and what we currently have available changes as stock does.

If your dog has a known food intolerance, is on a prescribed diet, or is a puppy or senior with different nutritional needs, check the pack for the life stage and ingredients it's formulated for rather than assuming any wet food from a familiar brand will do.
