Full description

A can labelled "with Duck" or "with Beef" suggests that ingredient carries the recipe, and it is worth reading past the name before assuming so on this range - the structure across all three flavours is the same, with chicken as the constant and the named meat added in a small, fixed amount.

The chicken recipe is chicken at 48% with liver at 5.5%; the duck recipe is chicken 44%, liver 5%, duck 4%; the beef recipe is chicken 46.5%, beef 4%, liver 3%. All three are grain and gluten free, complete for adult cats.

6-pack: 2 x chicken, 2 x game, 2 x beef
Duck recipe: chicken 44%, duck 4%; beef recipe: chicken 46.5%, beef 4%
Protein 8.5%, fat content 5.5%, moisture 82%
Grain and gluten free
400G cans

What the flavour names actually mean. In the duck and beef recipes, the named meat sits at 4% while chicken makes up over 40% of the can - so choosing a flavour to maximise duck or beef content specifically will not deliver what the name implies.

Who it's for: cats that like variety across chicken-based recipes, rather than owners seeking a genuinely duck- or beef-dominant can.

Why we chose it

We stock the range because the flavour variety genuinely appeals to fussier cats, but we think it is fairer to say plainly that chicken is the constant across every flavour and the named meat is a small addition. That honesty matters more to us than the name on the label.
