Read the composition before the front of the box. "Meaty Selection" sets an expectation the percentages do not meet: the named meat is a fraction of a fraction — beef at 4% inside a 14% meat and animal derivatives total, chicken at 8% inside the same 14%. Various sugars are in the ingredient list too. None of that is unusual for wet food at this price and none of it is hidden, but it is not what the name on the box implies, and it is the thing worth knowing before you compare this to a pouch costing twice as much.
