Do I need a big following?
No. Tell us about your community and the content you love making. A smaller audience that trusts your recommendations can be a great fit. Every application is reviewed personally.
How does my code work?
Your code gives a new customer 10% off their first eligible order. After that first paid order, they are linked to you for 12 months. You earn 10% on eligible repeat purchases during that period, without them entering your code again.
What does 10% commission mean?
You earn 10% of eligible product revenue after discounts, excluding VAT and delivery. Cancelled, returned or refunded items do not earn commission. The earnings example on this page is an illustration, not a promise.
When will I get paid?
Each commission waits at least 30 complete days. Eligible cleared commission joins a payout run on the 1st or 15th at 9am UK time. Complete secure Stripe setup in your dashboard; bank arrival may be later.
Do I get a personal discount?
Your first genuine referral unlocks 20% off one personal order after the referral clears its 30-day hold. Use it once, then it locks again. No sharing, stacking or commission on your own orders. See the agreement for exclusions.
Can I use my own code?
Your code is for new customers you introduce to Giddy Pets. Self-referrals do not qualify. The first-order discount cannot be claimed again using a different email address, and an existing customer cannot switch between representatives to restart an offer.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application and email you with the outcome. If approved, you can sign in to your representative dashboard and find your personal referral link. Applying is free and there is no obligation to buy anything.
