I started Giddy Pets because I wanted a pet shop run by people who actually live with animals and answer their own emails. When you get in touch, it's usually me reading it — and I'll always give you a straight, human answer.
We aim to reply within one working day — sometimes two if it's busy, but you will always get a reply.

Order questions & returns
