Getting your order to you

Order processing
Once you’ve ordered, we get to work. Most orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days — and that time is already built into the estimated delivery date on every product page, so it’s never added on top. Some items ship directly from our trusted suppliers, so their lead time can be a little longer; the product page always shows the live estimated delivery date range for that item.
Delivery times & costs
- • We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
- • Standard tracked delivery is £2.99, and delivery is free on orders over £39.
- • Every product page shows a live estimated delivery date range — for example, “Get it Tue 7 – Thu 9 Oct” — calculated from that item’s real lead time and updated automatically.
- • Most items arrive within 6–7 working days of ordering. Around three quarters of our range is inside 7 working days and almost all of it inside 11 — the exact window for the item you’re looking at is on its product page.
- • Estimates are working-day based (we skip weekends) and are a guide rather than a guarantee.
Tracking your order
The moment your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. If you created an account at checkout, you’ll also find your orders and their status in your account.
If your delivery is delayed
Couriers occasionally run behind, especially around busy periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within a few days of the estimated date, please email hello@giddypets.co.uk with your order number. A real, UK-based person will track it down and keep you updated until it’s sorted — and if a parcel is genuinely lost, we’ll replace it or refund you in full.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet — we currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
When will my order be dispatched?

It depends on the item, so every product page shows that item’s own estimate rather than one blanket promise. Most of our range arrives within 6–7 working days of ordering: around three quarters of it lands inside 7 working days and almost all of it inside 11. Estimates count working days and skip weekends.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link. Click it any time to see where your parcel is.
My order is taking longer than expected — what should I do?
Estimated dates are a guide and couriers occasionally run late. If your order hasn’t arrived within a few days of the estimate, email hello@giddypets.co.uk with your order number and a real person will chase it for you.
