On the recipe names. In both recipes we have full detail for, chicken is actually the largest named ingredient — ahead of the turkey in the "Turkey" loaf and the beef in the "Beef" loaf. They're genuine turkey and beef recipes in that both are present in real quantity; chicken is simply the bigger part of each.
