Full description

A dog with a sensitive stomach does not necessarily want a single bland recipe forever - variety within a gentle range means it can still have a change of flavour without the risk of upsetting a stomach that has only just settled. This case gives three such recipes in one box.

The chicken and rice recipe is chicken and chicken broth at 65% with beef at 5%, alongside cooked wholegrain rice at 4% and a "Simply Gentle Blend" including prebiotic yeast and chicory root; the salmon and rice recipe leads with chicken at 39% ahead of salmon. Eighteen cans make up the case, at 390g each.

18 cans, three recipes: chicken & rice, salmon & rice, turkey & rice
Chicken & rice: 65% chicken & broth, 5% beef, 4% cooked wholegrain rice
Salmon & rice: chicken 39% ahead of salmon
Protein 8.5%, fat content 4.5%, 82 kcal per 100g
100% complete and balanced, wholegrain, hypoallergenic

What the salmon recipe actually contains. Despite the name, the salmon and rice recipe lists chicken at 39% ahead of salmon in the ingredients - worth knowing if a dog's sensitivity is specifically to chicken rather than a general one, since even the "salmon" flavour is not chicken-free.

Who it's for: dogs with sensitive stomachs who need a gentle, wholegrain diet with some flavour variety built in.

Why we chose it

The Simply Gentle Blend approach - prebiotics worked into an otherwise plain recipe - is a sensible way to support digestion without turning the food into something medicinal-tasting a dog resists. We flag the salmon recipe's actual chicken content honestly, because a dog avoiding chicken specifically needs to know that before this case goes in the trolley.
