Naming a can after one ingredient when it's nearly a fifty-fifty split with another is a choice, and this can is a genuine example of that choice.

It's sold as Tripe, and beef, as tripe and tripe broth plus a little liver, does make up 42% of the recipe. But chicken is close behind at 41.5%, almost the same weight. It's grain free and gluten free by its own stated claim, with protein at 8.5% and fat at 6%.
