James Wellbeloved discount code? Here's our honest answer
We don't run a discount code for James Wellbeloved, and we're not aware of one that works anywhere on our site. What we do instead is buy the range in the same way we buy everything else we sell and price it straight from that cost, rather than setting a higher shelf price with a code built in to bring it back down.
Why there isn't a code to give you
Matt runs Giddy Pets himself, buying stock in himself rather than negotiating brand-by-brand marketing arrangements with a head office. There is no separate discount-code budget sitting behind the price on a bag of James Wellbeloved — the shelf price reflects what the stock cost plus a straightforward margin.
If that price ever moves, it will show up as a lower number on the product page itself rather than a code you have to hunt down and apply at checkout. A price you can see is worth more than a discount you have to go looking for.
What James Wellbeloved actually is
James Wellbeloved is a UK pet food brand built around single-protein, hypoallergenic recipes — each one uses one named meat source rather than a blend, across both dry and wet ranges for dogs and cats, and across life stages including senior and grain-free options.
That single-protein structure is genuinely useful for narrowing down what does or does not agree with a pet with a suspected sensitivity, because it removes the guesswork of a mixed-protein recipe. It is not a guarantee against every reaction, so any dog or cat with a known allergy should still be introduced to a new food gradually.
What we stock, and who it suits
We carry a selection across the James Wellbeloved dog and cat ranges rather than the whole catalogue the brand produces, and what is shown in the grid above reflects what is currently available to order — that changes as stock does.
It tends to suit owners managing a known or suspected sensitivity, or anyone who prefers a shorter, single-protein ingredient list over a mixed-meat recipe. If your pet has no particular sensitivity, price per kilo against a straightforward everyday food may matter more to you than the hypoallergenic positioning.

Common questions
- Does Giddy Pets have a James Wellbeloved discount code?
- No, we don't run one, and we're not aware of a working code anywhere else that applies to what we sell. Our prices come straight from what we pay for the stock, so there is no hidden markup for a code to undo.
- Is James Wellbeloved hypoallergenic?
- The brand markets its recipes as hypoallergenic, built around a single named protein per recipe rather than a mixed-meat formula. That is a useful starting point for a pet with a suspected sensitivity, but it is not a guarantee against every possible reaction.
- Does James Wellbeloved make cat food as well as dog food?
- Yes, the range covers both dogs and cats, including senior and grain-free options across dry and wet formats. We stock a selection from both sides of the range, which changes as availability does.
- What if my pet doesn't settle on a new food?
- Introduce any new food gradually over several days alongside what they are already eating, rather than switching all at once, and watch their stools and appetite as you go. If it does not settle within a couple of weeks, or your pet seems unwell, speak to your vet rather than persisting.
