Full description

A plush toy modelled on a real animal usually earns its place by looking convincing enough on a shelf, and does its actual job once a dog gets hold of the squeaker inside.

This is a plush toy with a rural, realistic design and a built-in squeaker for interactive play. Hemm & Boo make it in one size only — 14 inches (35cm) — across their Country range.

High-quality plush materials

One thing worth knowing. Hemm & Boo publish no washing instruction and no fill material beyond 'high-quality plush', so treat this as a supervised toy — a determined chewer can work through plush fabric, and there's no guidance here on what to do if the seams give way.

Who it's for: a dog that enjoys a squeaky plush toy to shake or carry around, and an owner who likes the more realistic character design over a plain cartoon shape.

Why we chose it

The realistic design sets it apart from the cartoonish plush toys most of this shelf is stocked with, which is worth something to an owner who wants their dog's toys to look less like toys. One size keeps the range simple to stock and reorder.
