A knitted plush toy behaves differently in a dog's mouth to a smoother fabric one — a bit more texture to grip, a bit more give under the teeth — which is part of why this range uses a plush knitted construction rather than a flat felt design.
Kingdom's Marine Animal toy is built with embroidered eyes and a smile on a plush knitted body, with a hidden squeaker encased inside, and comes in four assorted brightly coloured marine animal designs.
- Plush knitted construction
- Embroidered facial features
- Hidden, encased squeaker
- Four assorted marine animal designs
- Brightly coloured
One thing worth knowing. The card gives us the construction and design detail but no size or weight figure, and no washing instruction. As the safety note supplied makes clear, always supervise playtime rather than leaving a plush toy with a dog unattended.
Who it's for: dogs that enjoy a knitted, textured plush toy over a smoother one, and households wanting a colourful set of designs rather than a single character.

Why we chose it
A knitted construction gives a bit more texture for a dog to actually grip than a smooth plush surface, which is a small but real difference in how it plays. Four designs also means it's an easy toy to buy more than one of without repeating.
