Two squeakers instead of one sounds like a small difference until you watch a dog actually play with the toy — one squeak on the shake and a second, different one on the bite, which is more feedback for less effort than most soft toys give back.

This is Kingdom's fruit-shaped rope toy: a soft plush body designed to look like a fun fruit character, with limbs made from durable rope rather than more plush, embroidered facial features, and a squeaker built into both the head and the body. It is sold in three assorted fruit designs.

What we can't confirm. the makers tell us what it is made from and how it is built, but nothing about overall size, weight, or what happens to the rope limbs under sustained chewing rather than tug play. As with any plush and rope combination, we would treat it as a supervised toy.

Who it's for: dogs that like to shake and bite rather than just carry, and owners who want a bit more noise feedback than a single-squeaker toy gives.
