Bamboodles dog chews
Bamboodles is a range of flavoured dog chews sold in a genuinely wide spread of options — chicken, lamb and mint, fish, beef, cheese and peanut butter among them — with sizes for puppies as well as adult dogs. We stock a good selection across both the flavours and the sizes.
You might also want to browse dog puzzle toys, tough toys for strong chewers and antler and root chews.
What the range includes
The flavour range is one of the widest we stock in a single dog chew line, which makes it easy to find something a fussy chewer will actually take to, and to rotate flavours over time so the same chew does not become boring for a dog who works through them quickly. Puppy-specific sizes, such as the small chicken chew, are sized down from the adult versions rather than simply being a smaller cut of the same product.
As with any long-lasting chew, size the chew to the dog rather than the dog to the chew — a chew too small for a large, determined chewer is more of a choking risk than a long-lasting treat, so check the size guidance on the specific product.
Using chews safely
Supervise a dog with any long-lasting chew, particularly the first few times you offer a new one, so you can see how they chew it and step in if a piece breaks off larger than is safe to swallow. Take a chew away once it has worn down to a small enough piece to be swallowed whole rather than chewed.
If your dog has a sensitive stomach or a known food sensitivity, introduce a new flavour one at a time rather than switching through several at once, so you can tell if a particular flavour does not agree with them before trying the next.

Common questions
- Are Bamboodles suitable for puppies?
- Yes, the range includes puppy-specific sizes such as the small chicken chew, sized down from the adult versions. Always match the size to your puppy rather than giving an adult-sized chew, and supervise while they get used to a new type of chew.
- How long should a dog chew on one of these before I take it away?
- Once it has worn down to a piece small enough to be swallowed whole, take it away rather than letting your dog finish it off, since a small enough fragment becomes a choking risk rather than something to chew. Supervise chewing generally, especially the first few times with a new flavour or size.
- Can I give my dog a new flavour every time?
- You can, but if your dog has a sensitive stomach or a known sensitivity, it is safer to introduce one new flavour at a time so you can tell whether a particular one causes any reaction, rather than switching through several flavours together.
- Do flavoured chews go off if not finished in one sitting?
- Most long-lasting chews are fine left out between short chewing sessions over a day or two, but check the specific product's guidance and use common sense — discard anything that looks damp, mouldy or has picked up dirt from being dropped outside.
