Full description
A dog that won't tolerate having its teeth brushed will usually still chew, which is the entire reason dental chews shaped like a toothbrush exist at all.
This is Bamboodles' Lamb & Mint dental bone: a large toothbrush-shaped chew with a bottom-T design that lets a dog hold and stabilise it between their paws while working on it, flavoured with lamb and mint to help freshen breath as they chew.
- Toothbrush-shaped dental chew
- Bottom-T design for holding with the paws
- Lamb and mint flavour
- Large size, for dogs up to 40kg
On durability: Bamboodles describe this range as suitable for even the most determined chewers, but no manufacturer gives an unbreakable guarantee on a nylon chew - check it periodically for splintering or a worn-down end, the same as you would any hard chew, and take it away once it gets small enough to swallow.
Who it's for: owners of larger dogs up to 40kg who want a dental chew tough enough to survive a serious chewer, with a flavour aimed at breath as well as gum health.

Why we chose it
A bottom-T design that a dog can actually hold still with its paws gets chewed properly rather than skidded across the floor, which matters more than the flavour on a chew this size. It's built for the larger end of the range this shop carries, which is the size that wears through cheaper chews fastest.
