Full description

Dogs that like to carry a toy around the house tend to pick the one that fits comfortably in their mouth, which makes the size on the label worth more than the picture on the front.

This is a plush character toy with a squeaker built in, in Hemm & Boo's realistic, rural design range. It's made in a Large size — 11 inches (28cm) — in high-quality plush materials.

Large size: 11" (28cm)
Built-in squeaker
Realistic, rural character design
High-quality plush materials

One thing worth knowing. As with the rest of this range, Hemm & Boo don't publish a washing instruction or a specific fill material, so this is best treated as a supervised toy rather than one left down with a determined chewer.

Who it's for: a dog that likes to carry and shake a plush toy, sized for something bigger than a small-breed novelty toy but not oversized either.

Why we chose it

At 11 inches it's a genuinely carryable size for most dogs, rather than either a tiny toy or something too big to hold. The realistic design is a step up from the cartoon-style plush toys that dominate this part of the shop.
