Full description

A flat plush toy without stuffing to pull apart tends to survive small dogs better than a fully stuffed one, since there's less filling inside for a determined chewer to find and scatter across the floor.

This is Happy Pet's Minion Flat Unicorn, sold as a single toy. The maker describes it as "cute and cuddly" and aimed at making "a new friend" for a little dog, which is the closest thing to sizing guidance given for this product — there's no stated dimension, material or care instruction beyond that.

The detail that is missing. Beyond being described as suited to little dogs, there's no material, dimension or washing guidance supplied for this toy. We'd treat any flat plush like this as a supervised toy rather than one left with a determined chewer, given the lack of durability information.

Who it's for: owners of small dogs after a soft, flat character toy for gentle play rather than heavy-duty chewing.

Why we chose it

A flat design tends to hold up better with small dogs than a fully stuffed toy, since there's less filling to pull out if they do get their teeth into it. It's also the kind of impulse toy that earns its place on novelty alone.
