Dogs respond to movement more reliably than to squeak alone, which is why an interactive toy built around dancing and sound tends to hold attention longer than one that only makes noise when bitten.

This is an interactive dog toy shaped like a flamingo, described by the maker as offering voice mimicking, dancing and preset music. The idea is straightforward: a toy that moves and makes sound on its own gives a dog something to react to, rather than sitting inert on the floor until it is picked up and shaken.

• Voice-mimicking feature
• Dancing / moving action
• Preset music
• Interactive dog toy

What the card doesn't cover. No materials, batteries, dimensions or washing instructions are given on this card, so treat it as needing supervised use rather than leaving it with a determined chewer, the same as any electronic pet toy without a stated durability rating. A dog that treats every new toy as something to dismantle within minutes is likely to get through the electronics quickly regardless of how it is built.

Who it's for: owners of a dog that responds well to movement and sound and gets bored of static plush toys quickly.
