A "tough" dog toy usually means padded fabric and reinforced seams, and both of those buy time rather than survive a determined chewer indefinitely — which is presumably why Company of Animals reached for a material with an actual engineering pedigree instead.

This Bite Force crab uses Kevlar yarn worked through the plush fabric, alongside reinforced seams and heavy-duty layers built for strong chewers. Company of Animals point out that Kevlar is the material used in armour and aerospace parts for its tensile strength, and their case for using it here is durability and tear resistance rather than looks. Inside the plush, it carries a squeaker and crinkle parts for physical and mental stimulation during play.

• Kevlar yarn worked into the fabric
• Reinforced seams and heavy-duty layers
• Built for strong chewers
• Includes a squeaker
• Includes crinkle parts
• Suitable for indoor and outdoor play

On "indestructible". No toy with a squeaker inside is truly chew-proof, whatever the yarn is made from — a squeaker is a rigid part inside soft fabric, and a persistent enough chewer will eventually find it. Kevlar raises how long that takes; it does not remove supervision from the equation.

Who it's for: owners of a strong, determined chewer who has already gone through softer plush toys quickly, and wants something built with a tougher yarn rather than just more padding.
