Purina One and small-breed dogs
Purina One is a real brand and we do stock it, but everything we carry under that name is cat food — adult, senior, sensitive and urinary-health recipes. There's no small-breed dog formula in the Purina One line we sell, so if you're shopping for a small dog specifically, the brands built for that job are elsewhere in our range.
What Purina One actually is, here
The Purina One range on our shelves covers cat food across several life stages and needs — including a high-protein recipe, a senior 7+ formula, and sensitive and urinary-health options. It's a well-regarded, widely available cat food line, but it isn't the brand to look at if you specifically need something for a small-breed dog.
It's an easy mix-up, since "small breed" is a genuinely common dog-food search term and Purina makes several ranges under related names, including Purina Pro Plan and Purina's dental and training treat lines, which are different products from Purina One entirely.
