What Carefresh actually is
Carefresh is a paper-based small animal bedding, made to be more absorbent and lower in dust than traditional wood shavings, which matters for small pets with sensitive respiratory systems such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and rats. We stock several colours and styles across the range, including natural, confetti and coloured variants, which differ mainly in appearance rather than function.

Choosing between the colours and styles
The core difference between Carefresh's natural, confetti, coloured and scented-sounding variants is largely visual — the absorbency and dust-extraction qualities are broadly similar across the range, so picking by colour preference is a reasonable way to choose if there's no other deciding factor.
