A puppy's neck changes size faster than most owners expect, which is why a fixed collar bought for a young puppy is often too small within a few weeks - an adjustable one buys some time before the next size up.
This set pairs a fully adjustable tartan collar, 3/8 inch wide and adjustable between 8 and 12 inches (20-30cm), with a matching 3/8 inch by 48 inch (120cm) lead, both fastened with a quick-clip buckle. It's designed specifically to introduce puppies and small dogs to walking on a lead, in blue or pink.
