The name on a bag of dry food is usually the ingredient the owner is meant to notice first, and it isn't always the one there's most of.

On the name. "Turkey" on the front is accurate as far as it goes, but the actual dried turkey content is 7% — less than a quarter of the 28% "turkey and meat meals" figure, and less than the maize that follows it on the list. Anyone choosing this specifically for a high turkey content, rather than a cereal-based complete food with turkey among its meats, should weigh that against what the composition actually shows.

Who it's for: owners of an adult dog wanting a straightforward, cereal-based complete kibble, rather than anyone specifically prioritising turkey as the dominant ingredient.
