Harnesses are sized by the chest (girth) — the measurement around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs.

How to measure

Stand your pet up squarely.
Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.
Keep two fingers under the tape so the fit is snug, not tight.
If your pet is between sizes, choose the larger one.

Full description

A dog that pulls on the lead is being steered from the wrong end - a collar or back-clip harness lets the full weight of the pull go straight forward, which is exactly the direction the dog wants to go.

This harness clips at the front, on the chest, so a pulling dog is turned back toward the handler rather than helped forward. It's made from durable, lightweight nylon webbing with neoprene padding for comfort and high-quality chrome connection rings and clips, and a strong clip on the front attaches to the dog's own collar for extra security on the lead.
