Full description
A squeaky toy usually gets interesting for the sound and boring the moment the squeaker gives out, which is why Guru build the noise-making part to survive the play rather than treating it as disposable.
The Soft Scents Pig is a plush toy shaped like its name suggests, built from two layers of durable fabric around a ChewPro-reinforced, bacon-scented squeaker. The scent and the squeak work together — Guru's aim is a toy that appeals to a dog's nose as well as its ears, while staying soft enough for a dog to carry around between bouts of play.
- Two layers of durable fabric construction
- ChewPro-reinforced squeaker
- Bacon scent built into the squeaker
- Medium size
- Suited to both tugging and gentle carrying
One thing worth knowing. "Durable" and "reinforced" describe the construction, but no specific fabric weight, stitching detail or a chew-toughness rating is given, so for a determined, powerful chewer we'd treat this as a supervised soft toy rather than a heavy-duty chew.
Who it's for: dogs that enjoy squeaky, scented plush toys for tug and carry play, under supervision rather than left alone with it.

Why we chose it
A reinforced squeaker is the part that usually fails first on a cheap plush toy, so building that up rather than just adding a scent is the sensible place to spend the extra construction. Bacon scent is also one of the more reliably popular ones with dogs, which matters if you want the toy actually picked up and played with.
