A retractable lead's tape and cord versions look interchangeable on a shelf, but they behave differently in the hand — tape sits flatter against a leg on a tangle and is usually the one people reach for on a dog that pulls.
This is a 5m tape leash in flexi's New Classic range, rated for dogs up to 25kg, available in five colours — black, red, pink, blue and olive. It uses the same comfortable braking system as flexi's other Classic models, with a chromed snap hook rather than plain steel.
