Full description

Length changes how a toy gets played with more than almost anything else - a long shape gives a dog room to grab one end while you (or another dog) hold the other, which a round or compact toy simply can't offer.

Santiago Snake is a long, plush toy built around that shape, aimed at medium to large dogs who like something to tug, shake or carry rather than a smaller toy that disappears in their mouth.

Long, plush snake shape
Suited to tugging, shaking and carrying
Aimed at medium to large dogs
Good for solo play or interactive games

On what's not said. Bestpets don't give an actual length or weight for this toy - "long" is the only description supplied, so if you're trying to judge whether it suits a particularly large dog, there isn't a measurement here to check it against.

Who it's for: medium to large dogs that like a long toy to shake, carry and tug on, and owners after an inexpensive plush option for that kind of play.

Why we chose it

The length is what makes this different from most plush toys at this price - a longer shape holds up better to shaking and two-dog tug games than a small, round one does. It's a cheap way to give a bigger dog a toy actually sized for them.
