Full description

A cereal-free food still has to build its carbohydrate content from something, and Autarky use potato and sweet potato here rather than the rice or maize a grain-inclusive recipe would lean on. Turkey leads the protein side at a minimum 20% meal plus a further 10% freshly prepared turkey, backed by chicken fat, full fat linseed and marine algae as a source of omega-3 DHA.

The joint-care side of the recipe is built in rather than added separately: glucosamine appears alongside the marine algae, and the food can be fed dry or moistened with water or gravy. Crude protein comes out at 27%, fat content 14%, crude fibre 3% and crude ash 8%. Autarky's own instruction is to introduce the diet gradually over 5-7 days, with a feeding table running from small dogs (5-10kg) at 105-170g up to very large dogs (45kg+) at 515g or more.
