Full description

A working or active dog burns through a day differently to one that spends it on the sofa, and the practical difference in a bag of food is usually calcium and protein pitched a little higher to match muscle and bone under more regular load.

This recipe is built on wholegrain wheat and a poultry meal at 12.5% (including 11% chicken), with a meat and bone meal contributing a further 4% beef. Calcium sits at 2.4%, notably higher than a standard maintenance food, alongside soya bean meal and dried peas.
