Harnesses are sized by the chest (girth) — the measurement around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs.
How to measure
- Stand your pet up squarely.
- Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.
- Keep two fingers under the tape so the fit is snug, not tight.
- If your pet is between sizes, choose the larger one.

Full description
Buying a harness and a collar separately usually ends with two shades of the same colour that do not quite match. This set avoids that by arriving as a pair, both in soft suede and studded with rhinestones, in a choice of black, red, purple, rose red or blue across three sizes, so the two pieces are made to sit together from the start.
The harness fastens with adjustable buckle straps rather than pulling over the head, which suits small dogs who dislike anything passing their ears, and it spreads the pull of a lead across the chest instead of the throat. A sturdy ring takes the lead clip. The matching collar can carry an ID tag. Suede feels soft against the coat, but it is a finish that much prefers dry days to wet ones.
