Measurements are the manufacturer's own figures. The "Weight (G)" column is the weight of the harness itself, not the dog. The "Suggested weight" column is printed with no unit (the listing labels it only "Positive 5"), so the figures are reproduced unit-less exactly as shown. The listing also warns: this product is only suitable for walking dogs, not recommended for tying dogs or for dogs to play with, to prevent damage from biting. If between sizes, size up.

Full description
Winter walks in this country happen mostly in the dark, on pavements shared with drivers who see a black dog late. Reflective stitching worked through the straps of this harness gives headlights something to pick up at a distance, which is a far more useful safety feature than most of what gets printed on harness packaging. The quick-release buckle then means the whole thing goes on in seconds on a cold morning.
Underneath, a breathable mesh lining and soft padding sit against the coat, and that is what stops a harness rubbing bare patches behind the front legs on a dog who wears one every day. The straps adjust so you can fine-tune the fit rather than accept whichever size is nearest, and a sturdy D-ring on the back gives the lead a solid anchor point. Eighteen combinations of colour and size are listed.

A back clip is comfortable and secure, but it does not mechanically discourage pulling the way a front clip does, and it arguably gives a determined dog something to lean into.
