Choosing a colour

• Black — Two metres and multipurpose, which means you can shorten it round your waist, run it through a ring for a hands-free walk, or tie off to a bench. Black, so it hides mud. Red Dingo hardware and the five-year guarantee.
• Cool Grey — At two metres this gives room for loose walking, and a multipurpose lead clips back on itself when you need close control on a pavement. Cool grey hides mud. Note we only hold it in Medium at the moment.
• Red — Two metres walks differently to the standard 1.2. The extra length lets a dog stop and read a lamp post without tension in the line, which is what a lot of owners mistake for pulling. Gather it in your hand near the road.
