Product description
Most light-up gear for dogs is a collar, and a collar is a single ring of light at neck height that disappears as soon as the dog turns its head away. This harness puts the light strip across the chest and over both shoulders, so it shows from the front and from either side, which is the angle a driver at a junction actually sees.
Underneath, it is an ordinary padded mesh harness: a breathable mesh panel, two adjustable straps, a quick-release clip and a metal D-ring for the lead. The battery box sits on the front with a single button that cycles through steady light, slow flash and fast flash, then off. It charges from a micro-USB cable in about two hours.

On sizing and charging. Measure round the deepest part of the chest, just behind the front legs, and pick the size whose range your dog sits in the middle of. The sizes overlap, so a 45cm chest fits S, M or L; choose M. The charging port is micro-USB, not the newer USB-C, so keep the cable it comes with. It is fine in rain and wet grass, but it is not made for swimming.
Who it's for: small and medium dogs walked before or after work through the winter, especially on roads without pavements or street lights, and owners whose dog slips out of a light-up collar’s line of sight the moment it turns away.

Harnesses are sized by the chest (girth) — the measurement around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs.
How to measure
- Stand your dog up squarely.
- Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.
- Keep two fingers under the tape so the fit is snug, not tight.
- If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger one.

What size LED harness does my dog need?
Measure round the deepest part of the chest, just behind the front legs. S fits 36–47.5cm, M 41–51cm and L 43.5–58.5cm. Where your dog fits two sizes, pick the one where the measurement sits in the middle of the range.
How do you charge it?
Plug the micro-USB cable into the port on the battery box. A full charge takes about two hours. One button turns it on and cycles through steady, slow flash and fast flash.
Is it waterproof?
It copes with rain, puddles and wet grass. It is not made for swimming, so take it off before your dog goes in a river or the sea, and dry the port before charging.
Will it fit a large dog?
The largest size fits chests up to 58.5cm, which suits small and medium dogs. For bigger dogs, a light-up collar or a flashing vest is the better choice.
