Measure the chest right round the widest part, just behind the front legs.

Full description

Short-coated dogs lose heat quickly, and a knitted layer over the back and chest is often all a house needs in the months when the heating is on at one end of the day and off at the other. This is a roll-neck jumper in a Fair Isle and cable pattern, the traditional yoke look, that pulls on over the head and covers the two places a thin-coated dog feels the cold first.

The roll-neck is the detail that earns its place. A jumper stopping at the shoulders leaves a gap at the collar for draughts to get in, whereas a rolled neck closes it. The knit has stretch, so it goes on without a fight and moves with the dog instead of pinning the front legs back. Three colourways are listed, in beige, navy and a coffee rabbit pattern, across sizes running from XS up to XL.
