Buying three flavours separately to find out which one a dog actually prefers is expensive; a value pack that puts all three in one box answers the question in a single sitting.

This pack contains three Nylabone Extreme chews in the Small size — one Peanut Butter, one Chicken and one Bacon — each made from nylon with the flavour infused throughout rather than coated on the surface. Bristles rise up during chewing to work like a mini toothbrush, and each bone measures 114 x 32 x 19mm; the pack weighs 0.1797kg and is rated for dogs up to 11kg.

On checking for wear. Three chews means three things to inspect rather than one — the guidance is to check each bone is whole and intact and replace it once the knuckle ends wear down or it becomes too small to chew safely, and that applies separately to all three in the pack, not just whichever one gets chewed first.

Who it's for: owners of smaller dogs (up to 11kg) who haven't settled on a favourite flavour yet, or who want to rotate between three chews rather than offer the same one every day.
