Specifications

Brand: Johnson'S

Full description

Not every pet will take a tablet, however it's disguised, which is why a liquid supplement — added to food or water rather than swallowed whole — tends to be the more realistic option for a stubborn dog or a suspicious cat.

This 100ml liquid is built for the maintenance of flexibility and mobility in joints, combining glucosamine, MSM and chondroitin, which Johnson's describe as supporting healthy joint function.

For the maintenance of flexibility and joint mobility

What's missing from the label. Johnson's don't specify a species, an age to start from, or how many drops make up a daily amount on this listing — follow the dosing instructions printed on the bottle itself, and treat this as ongoing maintenance rather than a fix for a pet already showing signs of joint pain, which needs a vet.

Who it's for: owners of a pet that won't take tablets, wanting a liquid joint supplement that can go into food or water instead.

Common questions

What's in it?

Glucosamine, MSM and chondroitin.

How is it given?

As a liquid — Johnson's don't specify on this listing whether it's added to food or water, so check the bottle's own instructions.

How big is the bottle?

100ml.

Will it treat an existing joint problem?

It's a maintenance supplement for flexibility and mobility, not a treatment — a pet showing signs of joint pain needs a vet.

Johnson's 4joints Liquid

Why we chose it

A liquid gets around the whole problem of hiding a tablet in food, which fails more often than people expect. Glucosamine, MSM and chondroitin together is also a broader combination than some single-ingredient liquids on the market.
