Details
Watching a dog struggle to get up or walk after an injury or operation is hard. The Four Flags Quick Lift sling lets you give them a steadying lift without straining your own back — the handles are designed to sit at waist height so you can use your legs to take the weight rather than hunching over.
The sling works front or rear, cradling the chest or belly to take pressure off whichever limbs need the support. It works equally well with one person or two, making vet visits and garden trips much less of an ordeal for everyone.
- Durable nylon construction built to last
- Adjustable handles for one- or two-person use
- Supports front or rear limbs depending on placement
- Available in Small, Large, and XLarge
Who it's for: Senior dogs, post-operative dogs, and dogs with hip dysplasia or joint conditions — particularly German Shepherds, Labradors, Golden Retrievers, Rottweilers, and Great Danes.
Size guide
Harness fit guide
Harnesses are sized by the chest (girth) — the measurement around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs.
How to measure
- Stand your pet up squarely.
- Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.
- Keep two fingers under the tape so the fit is snug, not tight.
- If your pet is between sizes, choose the larger one.
| Size | Typical chest / girth | Rough guide |
|---|---|---|
| XS | 28–40 cm | Toy breeds, kittens, very small dogs |
| S | 38–53 cm | Small dogs (e.g. Dachshund, Yorkie) |
| M | 50–68 cm | Medium dogs (e.g. Cocker Spaniel, Beagle) |
| L | 65–85 cm | Large dogs (e.g. Labrador, Boxer) |
| XL | 82–105 cm | Giant breeds (e.g. German Shepherd, Rottweiler) |
Ranges are approximate and vary by style. Always check this product’s Specifications for its exact measurements.
