How to measure
- Measure the neck circumference where the collar section will sit.
- Measure the bust around the deepest part of the chest, behind the front legs.
- Measure the waist circumference in front of the back legs, then match to the closest row.

Measurements are the manufacturer's own figures. The third row is printed as "1 (35-45kg)" on their chart - almost certainly a typo for M - and we have left it exactly as printed rather than guessing. If between sizes, size up.

Full description
Dogs working dense cover take a lot of small punishment. Blackthorn, wire, brambles, flint and the occasional bad encounter all land on the same place: the chest and the front of the ribcage, where a dog going forward at speed meets whatever is in the way. A reinforced panel across that area is a sensible bit of kit for a dog that works rough ground week in, week out.
Construction is a four-layer reinforced body panel under a camouflage outer, cut to sit over the chest and torso and held with adjustable straps so it does not shift when a dog is quartering at pace. Straps matter more than the panel does, in truth: armour that slides round to one side protects nothing and rubs everything. Expect to spend a little time setting the strap lengths, then mark them, because the fit you want is snug enough not to rotate and loose enough not to restrict the shoulder.
