Full description
A collar that's too thin can dig into a dog's neck under any real pull, which is why width matters as much as the pattern printed on top of it.
This Hemm & Boo check collar is 3/4in wide and adjustable across a 14-18in neck size, padded for comfort along its length. It's finished in green with orange and brown in the classic country check pattern, closed with a black nickel-coloured buckle and branded with the Dog & Co logo, with a sturdy D-ring for lead attachment.
- 3/4in wide

- Sturdy D-ring for lead attachment
What isn't confirmed. No material composition (leather, webbing or fabric-covered) is stated beyond the check pattern and padding, so if the exact material matters to you — for a dog with sensitive skin, say — this isn't a listing to rely on for that detail.
Who it's for: owners of a medium dog with a 14-18in neck who like the country check look and want a padded, adjustable collar rather than a plain webbing one.

Why we chose it
3/4in is a comfortable middle width — wide enough to spread the load without looking oversized on a medium dog — and a padded collar is a small upgrade that costs little extra. The country check pattern is also one of the more enduring styles rather than a passing trend.
