A cat that already has several toys gathering dust under the sofa will often still investigate a new one on the day it arrives, purely because it's new and it hasn't been sniffed yet.
This is "Jerry", one of the small Fry Guy catnip toys, listed for cats as part of the same named-character range as its siblings. The makers sell this line as several distinct named characters rather than one generic design, each a small catnip-filled toy.
- Small size
- Catnip toy
- Named design ("Jerry")
- Listed for cats
What the makers don't tell us. No material, weight or catnip quantity is given for this toy, so beyond "small, named, catnip-filled" there's nothing more specific to confirm before it arrives. As with any catnip toy, how strongly a cat reacts to it is down to the individual cat rather than the design.
Who it's for: owners already buying into the Fry Guy range who want to add a different named character rather than a duplicate of one they already have, or who are trying the range for the first time.

Why we chose it
Buying the named characters separately, rather than a mixed multipack, means you can pick up just the ones a particular cat hasn't tried. It's small and cheap enough that trying a new one isn't much of a gamble.
