Full description
Most balls only give a dog one thing to notice — the bounce. Stacking sight, sound, smell, taste and touch onto one small ball is a different bet: that a dog engages more with a toy doing several things at once.
The Sensory Ball is 6.35cm across and is built to appeal to all five senses at once: colours chosen to be easy for a dog to see, a rattle sound when shaken, a beef scent and taste, and a multi-textured surface for extra stimulation.
- Category: Dog Toys, Rubber & TPR
- Brand: Five Senses
- Size: 6.35cm
- Beef scent and taste
- Multi-textured surface, makes a sound when shaken
- Parcel weight 0.1kg
On what's not supplied. No material composition is given beyond the sensory features, so if your dog has a food sensitivity to beef, that's worth checking before you buy a ball flavoured with it.
Who it's for: dogs that lose interest in a plain ball quickly, and owners after one toy that covers sight, sound, scent and texture rather than four separate ones.

Why we chose it
Flavouring and scenting a ball is the part that actually holds a dog's attention longer than the bounce does. Beef is a scent most dogs respond to more than a plain rubber ball ever will.
