- Measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.

Full description
A collar on a small dog concentrates every pull into a windpipe roughly the width of your thumb, and the breeds this set is made for, bichons, pomeranians and small terriers, are among those most prone to a collapsing trachea. A mesh harness spreads that load across the chest instead. This one comes with a matching lead already in the box, so there is nothing else to buy before the first walk.
The body is a soft, breathable mesh that sits flat against the chest and back without the bulk of a padded harness designed for a labrador, and a frilled trim finishes the edges. It fastens adjustably, so you can set it to your dog's actual shape rather than a size chart's idea of it, and the lead clips at the back. Colourways run through printed pinks, purples and blues, plus a sunflower yellow.
