This jacket is sewn as a single piece that reads as two: a grey hooded base with a black zip overlay on top of it. One garment goes on at the door, and it still looks like a layered outfit in the photographs afterwards.

The practical gain is warmth without bulk at the front legs, which is exactly where two real layers bunch up and rub. Five sizes are stocked, from small through to double extra large, and the finished garment weighs between 60 and 100 grams depending on which one you take.
