Feeding the same flavour every night is more of a problem for the owner watching it happen than it is for most dogs, but a mixed pack solves it either way. Cesar's Classics Terrine 24 Pack rotates through four recipes rather than committing to one.

Each recipe carries meat and animal derivatives at 63% (96% of that natural, including named proteins at 14% and 4%), across Chicken with Beef, Beef with Poultry, Beef with Liver, and Chicken with Turkey with Herbs, alongside cereals, derivatives of vegetable origin and minerals. It's a complete food, so it doesn't need topping up with anything else, though Cesar's own feeding guide allows for one tray to be swapped for around 35g of dry food.

• 24 x 150G trays, four rotating recipes
• Meat and animal derivatives 63% (96% natural)
• Protein 10%, fat content 5%, crude ash 2%, crude fibre 0.4%
• Moisture 80%, energy 92 kcal per 100g
• Complete food for adult dogs
• One tray can be replaced with roughly 35g of dry food

On portioning. Cesar's daily guide runs from around 2.25 trays for a 5kg dog up to around 7.25 trays for a 20kg dog, and it's a guide rather than a fixed number — like any complete food, adjust it to your own dog's weight and activity rather than following it to the tray.

Who it's for: owners of an adult dog who want a complete wet food without settling on a single flavour, and who are buying in enough volume to make a 24-pack worth the freezer or cupboard space.
