How to measure
- Bust: measure right round the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.
- Neck: measure round the base of the neck where a collar sits.
- Back length: measure along the spine from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

Measurements are the manufacturer's own figures in cm, measured by hand, so slight variation is possible. The maker suggests allowing 2-3 cm of ease when measuring your dog. If between sizes, size up.

Full description
Some dogs will simply not have a coat they must step into. Lifting a paw through a leg hole is the part they object to, and a cape solves it by going on over the top: the panel drapes across the back and shoulders, one strap passes under the belly, and the whole thing is fastened before a nervous dog has properly worked out what is happening to them.
The outer is a camel-coloured cape cut with a soft faux-fur collar at the neck and button detailing down the front, and the back is fleece-lined, which is where the warmth actually comes from. Because a cape covers the back and chest but leaves the legs and belly free, it is a dry-weather layer rather than a rain coat. Good against wind and light drizzle, of limited use in a downpour.
