Full description
Not every pet tolerates being dressed, and the ones who do usually make it perfectly clear. For those, an occasion piece earns its keep: a birthday, a wedding photograph, the Christmas card that goes out to relatives who ask after the dog before they ask after you. This is unashamedly that, a layered tutu skirt with lace trim and a bow at the neckline, with no pretence at being practical.
It is cut in a plush fabric on a fitted bodice, with the tutu layers falling from the waist so the legs stay free and nothing gets trapped underneath. It slips over the head with minimal fuss, which is the difference between a photo session and a wrestling match. What it is not is a warm layer. The skirt is decorative and the bodice is light, so treat it as indoor clothing and short garden appearances.
