Full description

A wheat-free cheese biscuit can still contain oats and rice, so wheat-free is the precise claim, not grain-free.

Betty Miller Wheat Free Cheese Minis are dog treats in a 400g bag, and a complementary food rather than a complete one. The recipe is oat flour, rice flour, rapeseed oil, cheese 6.5% and minerals. The analysis shows crude protein 10.8%, crude oils and fats 14.1%, crude fibre 2.8%, crude ash 1.7% and approximately 235 K/Cal per 100g.

Worth knowing. This is a complementary treat, not a complete diet. The recipe and analysis are given above, but the pack weight doesn't tell you how much to feed, so we haven't suggested a serving.

Who it's for: owners of puppies, small dogs and dogs suited to the recipe who have checked the ingredients, analysis and whether the size suits their dog.

Why we chose it

The deciding fact is the composition: Oat flour, rice flour, rapeseed oil, cheese 6.5%, minerals. I keep the complementary status and pack format beside it so the buyer can judge the treat without relying on flavour-first marketing.
