A low-fat diet is one of the first things vets suggest for a dog with a sensitive stomach or pancreas, which is what makes the fat figure the number worth checking before the ingredient list on a food described as "sensitive".

Arden Grange Partners Sensitive is built on fresh white fish (64%), with potato powder and dried potato adding up to a 4% total potato content, alongside dried peas, carrots and seaweed. Fat content is just 2%, with protein at 11% and moisture at 80% as a wet food.

On feeding alongside dry food. Arden Grange's guide says to reduce a dry food's daily amount by 30g for every quarter can of this wet food fed alongside it, which matters if you are topping up a dry diet rather than feeding this can alone. Get that wrong and a dog can end up overfed despite this being a low-fat product.
