Sensitive on a bag of dog food usually means the recipe has had things taken out of it. This one is better described by what has been left in: fresh ocean white fish is the first ingredient at 22%, ocean white fish meal sits behind it at 18%, and the carbohydrate is sweet potato and potato rather than any grain at all.

It is a complete food, so it is the whole diet rather than something you add to a base. The analysis runs crude protein 25%, fat 14%, crude ash 8% and crude fibre 3%, with omega-6 at 3% and omega-3 at 2.9% — and that omega-3 figure is unusually high, coming from the fish itself and the whole linseed. Beyond the headline ingredients there is glucosamine, MSM and chondroitin in the recipe, along with prebiotic FOS and MOS, krill, whole egg powder, cranberry, yucca extract and rosemary extract.

One thing to check if your dog reacts to chicken. This is a fish recipe, but the added fat in it is refined chicken oil. Refined oil is a long way from chicken meat and the great majority of chicken-sensitive dogs are fine on it — but if chicken is specifically what you are avoiding, rather than grain, that is a decision to make from the composition rather than the front of the bag.
