Full description
A dog's birthday is really an excuse for the owner, but it is a genuine reason to buy something a little more celebratory than the usual chew toy. Ancol's Pawty Time range leans into that with party-themed toys rather than plain designs.
The YAY Tugger is a plush toy from that range, built for cuddling as well as a game of tug, with different textures worked into the toy and a squeaker for extra interest.
- Soft plush construction
- Multiple textures on one toy
- Built-in squeaker
- Suited to cuddling as well as tug play
- Part of Ancol's Pawty Time range
Before you buy. Ancol are upfront that this toy is not indestructible, and the card gives us no size or weight figure to pass on. As with any plush toy, supervised play is recommended rather than leaving it down unattended.
Who it's for: dogs that like to cuddle a toy as much as tug it, and owners marking a birthday or Gotcha Day with something more festive than a plain chew.

Why we chose it
It does two things a lot of plush toys do not manage together — comfort and tug — which is the actual reason to stock it rather than a plainer plush toy. A birthday-themed range is also a nice, low-cost way to mark a Gotcha Day.
